RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at mixedwithpleasure@gmail.com before sending the product back. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If the claim is accepted, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another product or variant, you can return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
