Welcome to the SLAM THE FLAP Store. This online store is operated by SLAM THE FLAP, part of MIXED WITH PLEASURE, registered in the Netherlands.
By visiting our website or purchasing a product from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours, dimensions and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Product availability, specifications and prices may change without notice.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is confirmed after we have successfully received and processed your payment and you have received an order confirmation.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has started.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market.
Where required, applicable VAT or other sales taxes are included in the displayed price or calculated during checkout in accordance with applicable tax rules.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.
For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and may be charged to the recipient by local authorities or carriers.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are produced and fulfilled through our production and fulfilment partners.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing, local carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the order has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, including the applicable withdrawal rights for consumers in the European Union, those statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
6. Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and clear photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.
7. Augmented Reality features
Certain products may include or provide access to digital or augmented reality (AR) experiences.
The availability and performance of AR features may depend on compatible devices, browsers, operating systems, internet connections and third-party technologies.
We cannot guarantee that every AR feature will remain compatible with every device or future software version indefinitely.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, designs, graphics, animations, AR experiences, photographs, videos, branding and other original content associated with SLAM THE FLAP and the products offered through this store are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Products and their associated artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior written permission.
9. Third-party services
Our store uses third-party services for functions including ecommerce, payment processing, production, fulfilment and shipping.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through this store are transactions between you and MIXED WITH PLEASURE / slamtheflap* and not with Shopify.
Third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about what information we collect, why we collect it and your rights regarding your personal information.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not exclude or restrict statutory rights or remedies available to consumers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable in your country of residence.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
