Orders placed through the SLAM THE FLAP Store are produced and fulfilled through our production and fulfilment partners.

Processing and delivery

Orders may require production time before they are shipped. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing, local carriers, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and order and are displayed during checkout before payment.

International orders

We ship to selected countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping destinations and shipping rates are shown during checkout.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a shipment to be returned or requires reshipping, additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@mixedwithpleasure.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfilment partner.
